- Coordinate and lead the store sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs.
- Promote brand engagement to ensure the attainment of quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Facilitate the professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach.
- Define and ensure the achievement of targeted goals.
- Assist in managing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and operational functions.
- Act as the training ambassador for all training needs.
- Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
- 1 to 3 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Familiarity with Concur expense reporting is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in sales and customer service strategies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
1 to 3 years of managerial experience in retail, particularly in luxury goods.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
