4. Facilitate and attend Board, committee, and general meetings, maintaining accurate minutes.
5. Obtain necessary approvals from the Board, shareholders, and governmental authorities.
6. Represent the Company before regulators and other authorities.
7. Assist the Board in corporate governance and compliance with best practices.
8. Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including booking facilities and travel arrangements.
9. Prepare draft communications for HR, legal, and administrative purposes.
