1. Support the Public Relations, VIP, and Media teams in their daily activities.
2. Maintain organization of the sample closet, showroom, and magazine archive.
3. Assist with sample trafficking for editorial shoots and VIP dressing initiatives.
4. Coordinate local messenger services for sample deliveries.
5. Review national and local publications for editorial credits.
6. Assist with digital and print press reviews.
7. Prepare for VIP fittings and manage gifting initiatives.
8. Create VIP decks and scan for celebrity coverage on social media.
9. Compile screenshot reports for paid social media campaigns.
10. Monitor print positioning for Saint Laurent and competitors.
11. Manage and organize the print media archive.

1. Current students with an interest in luxury fashion and communications.
2. Preference for candidates with prior corporate office experience.
3. Ability to commit to at least 3 full days a week.

2. Ability to multitask effectively.

Prior experience in a corporate office setting is preferred.

The base compensation for this position is $17 per hour.
