- Contribute to the development of collections.
- Prepare materials for development meetings.
- Assist in the creation of sales catalogues and showroom tools, including sales books and material books.
- Manage sketches and catalogue information during development and showroom periods.
- Oversee prototypes, including inventory, photography, and corrections, throughout the showroom duration.
- Participate in creating and drafting analyses during showroom periods, such as sell-in analyses, best sellers, and SKU efficiencies.
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance analyses of product categories, tracking global and regional sales.
- Maintain continuous competitor analysis regarding offerings, pricing, campaigns, and fashion shows.
- Enrollment in a business school or a Master's program specializing in fashion.
- Previous experience in the luxury sector with a strong product sensitivity.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
- Strong numerical aptitude.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, organizational acumen, flexibility, dynamism, and perseverance.
Previous experience in the luxury sector is required.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a specialized Master's in fashion.
