1. Participate in the development of collections.
2. Prepare materials for development meetings.
3. Assist in the creation of sales catalogues and showroom sales tools.
4. Manage sketches and catalogue information during development and showroom periods.
5. Oversee prototype management, including inventory, photography, and corrections.
6. Contribute to the creation and writing of showroom analyses, including sell-in, best sellers, and SKU effectiveness.
7. Analyze weekly and monthly performance of product categories, tracking global and regional sales.
8. Maintain continuous competitor analysis regarding offerings, pricing, campaigns, and shows.

1. Enrollment in a business school or a Master's program specializing in fashion.
2. Previous experience in the luxury sector with product sensitivity.

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
3. Strong numerical data handling skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, organizational acumen, flexibility, dynamism, and perseverance.

A first experience in the luxury fashion industry is required.

Currently pursuing a degree in business or a specialized Master's in fashion.
