- Conduct competitive analysis, pricing studies, and trend monitoring.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of the collection plan.
- Create and update sales tools for the showroom.
- Provide operational support during showroom setup.
- Manage prototypes, including inventory and collection requests.
- Participate in collection briefings.
- Track and analyze sales data (Sell-in/Sell-out).
- Monitor weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Perform ad-hoc collection tracking analyses.
- Pursuing or completed a degree from a business or fashion school (Bac +4/5).
- Six months of experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fashion sensitivity and product awareness.
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
- Organizational skills, flexibility, dynamism, and perseverance.
A minimum of six months of experience, ideally within the luxury sector, is required.
Currently enrolled in or graduated from a business or fashion school (Bac +4/5).
