1. Oversee the organizational aspects of the collection.
2. Code models and update the PLM tool daily, including creating model sheets and updating model information.
3. Manage special orders for press, VIP, VIC, and trunk shows, including tracking and dispatching to various departments and preparing weekly reports.
4. Handle prototype flow, logistics of collection model shipments, and legal deposits of models.
5. Monitor model alterations throughout the collection and during looks and fittings before the show.
6. Assist in maintaining the office, archiving and organizing collection prototypes, sorting and archiving fabric swatches and cards, ordering supplies, and printing various labels for internal shuttles.

1. Previous experience in the luxury or fashion sector is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Strong command of Word and Excel.
4. Familiarity with PLM software is a plus.
