1. Assist in planning and coordinating store events and client engagement initiatives.
2. Create proposals, evite requests, and event timelines for store events.
3. Prepare post-event recaps and ad-hoc analyses to support sales and client initiatives.
4. Coordinate event logistics, including catering, model arrangements, hair and makeup, sample management, and gifting.
5. Conduct research on new market landscapes and competitive events.
6. Assist with invoicing and budget tracking.
7. Provide on-site support at local events with responsibilities such as check-in and model fittings.

1. Must be enrolled in a college or university.
2. Availability in the office for a minimum of 2-3 days a week.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
3. Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of creating structure in new processes.

No specific prior experience required, but familiarity with event planning and coordination is advantageous.

Must be enrolled in a college or university.

The base compensation for this position is $17 per hour.

Exposure to the luxury fashion industry and hands-on experience in client engagement and event coordination.
