Yves Saint Laurent Client Engagement Assistant Intern

- Coordinate 360° client action plans for product launches and local campaigns in alignment with the Global Client Engagement strategy.
- Collaborate closely with regional teams to gather client marketing resource requests and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and share updated client action calendars and CRM mapping with stakeholders.
- Assist the Client Engagement Manager in tracking and measuring the impact of client actions for effective follow-up.
- Monitor data collection and key performance indicators.
- Support in creating PowerPoint presentations.
- Manage departmental meeting schedules.
- Coordinate logistics for Trunk Shows, including deliveries, shipping, and liaising with the logistics department for pro-forma and ATA Carnet creation.
- Track Trunk Shows and compile reports.
- Coordinate in-store events, including invitations, catering, and post-event evaluations.
- Work with the image department to collect electronic cards and invitations for regions.
- Update and manage the regional event calendar.
- Currently enrolled in a business or marketing school.
- Interest in consumer behavior analysis, luxury markets, e-commerce, and retail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in French and English, with the ability to work in a multicultural, multilingual environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in luxury markets and consumer behavior is essential.
Currently enrolled in a business or marketing program.
