7. Communicate professionally and sincerely with clients and colleagues.

9. Collaborate proactively with front and back-of-house teams to support their achievements and enhance team spirit.
10. Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.

1. Experience in high-quality service roles, preferably in fashion & accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
2. Passion for fashion culture and creating personalized looks.
3. Business mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
4. Strong team spirit and collaborative approach.

1. Proficiency with tools and applications, adaptability to new technology.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, prioritize, and embrace creativity.

4. Excellent communication skills in English and local language; additional languages are advantageous.
