- Monitor global ready-to-wear business performance by collection.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on key KPIs within the merchandising department.
- Update key product identification and mapping.
- Support business analysis based on market trends.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts by SKU and region, considering store openings and product seasonality.
- Liaise with collection and retail assortments in the forecasting tool.
- Monitor seasonality and key business drivers.
- Track forecast accuracy against actual sales by region.
- Define monthly needs according to forecasts.
- Participate in monthly forecast meetings with regions and support preparation.
- Follow up on global reorders and monitor performance for both seasonal and non-seasonal items.
- Provide reorder delivery schedules based on regional events and business opportunities.
- Support seasonal and non-seasonal reorder opportunities tied to sales forecasts, stock, and production planning.
- Maintain fluid communication with collection, retail, and digital merchandising departments.
- Ensure instant communication and follow-up with regional buying teams.
- Coordinate delivery exchanges with production and optimize stock with the supply chain department.
- Higher education in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical skills and interest in figures related to products and markets.
- Excellent Excel skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- Flexibility in adapting priorities.
Experience in similar functions within the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
Higher education in business or related field.
