- Oversee visual merchandising processes in Central & South China to ensure high standards of visual presentation.
- Visit stores regularly to maintain consistency in visual merchandising strategies.
- Manage design, layout, and display strategies for special projects such as store openings and pop-ups.
- Provide training and coaching to store VM ambassadors to align with headquarters' visual merchandising directions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Store Planning, and Public Relations.
- Manage relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the luxury fashion retail sector.
- Educational background in Art and Design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Photoshop, and graphic design software.
- Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
A minimum of five years in visual merchandising within the luxury fashion retail industry is required.
Degree in Art and Design.
