Yves Saint Laurent Assistant Store Manager

- Ensure an exceptional level of customer service and provide tailored, relevant, and personalized experiences by conveying the Saint Laurent universe to clients.
- Enhance and maintain the client database.
- Train staff on Saint Laurent products, support and motivate the sales team.
- Organize and lead daily meetings as a relay for the Store Manager.
- Implement collections in alignment with internal merchandising policies.
- Analyze store activity to contribute to monthly reporting in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Manage restocking, monitoring, and organizing inventory (receiving, verifying, and displaying products both in stock and on the sales floor).
- Oversee the tracking of inbound and outbound transfers.
- Organize after-sales service for the store.
- Prepare and participate in inventories and monthly random stock checks, investigating discrepancies.
- Supervise back-office management (cash registers, document tracking, end-of-month controls).
- Significant experience in sales management and store operations within a luxury fashion house is required.
- Fluency in French and English, with proficiency in a third rare language being advantageous.
- Knowledge of the local market.
- Product sensitivity and fashion culture.
- Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel).
- Existing or potential to develop a portfolio of local clientele.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficient in merchandising and inventory management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Significant experience in sales management and store operations within a luxury fashion house is required.
