Yves Saint Laurent Assistant Store Director

Saint Laurent is a Parisian luxury fashion house renowned for its ready-to-wear, leather goods, footwear and accessories. The maison is part of the Kering group and is recognised for its contemporary couture aesthetic, rigorous attention to craftsmanship and a strong global retail network.

1. Lead the Department Manager and store sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets and store KPIs.
2. Promote Saint Laurent brand engagement and deliver an elevated client experience that secures customer loyalty.
3. Coach, develop and train store staff using a structured, hands-on approach; act as the store training ambassador.
4. Define targeted quantitative and qualitative objectives and monitor performance to ensure achievement.
5. Support the Store Director in overseeing floor coverage, visual merchandising, customer service standards and operational functions within the boutique.
6. Cultivate a local and international network of contacts to strengthen the store’s luxury client base.

1. Proven experience selling luxury goods or in premium retail environments.
2. 2 to 4 years of successful managerial experience in retail.
3. Demonstrated ability to coach teams and drive performance through development and objective-setting.
4. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
5. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
6. Familiarity with Concur expense reporting is a plus.

Minimum 2 to 4 years of progressive managerial experience in retail, preferably within the luxury goods sector, with a track record of meeting sales targets and developing teams.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
