Yves Saint Laurent Assistant Store Director

- Lead the store sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals and KPIs.
- Promote brand engagement to ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Ensure professional growth and training of staff using a coaching approach.
- Assist the Store Director in managing floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and operational functions.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and collaboration.
- Ensure exceptional client service by training staff on service standards and handling escalated inquiries.
- Build a network to enhance customer loyalty and impact the local and international luxury business.
- Maintain product and collection knowledge to drive sales performance.
- Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
- Minimum of 2 years in a managerial retail position.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Dayforce and Concur expense reporting is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Proficiency in sales and customer service strategies.
- Ability to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Minimum of 2 years in a managerial retail position, preferably in luxury goods or retail sales.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
