1. Lead the store sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals and KPIs.
2. Promote brand engagement to ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative goals.
3. Ensure professional growth and training of staff using a coaching approach.
4. Assist the Store Director in managing floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and operational functions.
5. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and collaboration.
6. Ensure exceptional client service by training staff on service standards and handling escalated inquiries.
7. Build a network to enhance customer loyalty and impact the local and international luxury business.
8. Maintain product and collection knowledge to drive sales performance.

1. Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
2. Minimum of 2 years in a managerial retail position.
3. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
4. Knowledge of Dayforce and Concur expense reporting is a plus.

Minimum of 2 years in a managerial retail position, preferably in luxury goods or retail sales.
