1. Lead the Department Manager and sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators.
2. Promote brand engagement to ensure achievement of quantitative and qualitative goals.
3. Ensure professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach.
4. Assist the Store Director in managing floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and store operations.
5. Serve as the training ambassador for all training needs.
6. Build a network to promote customer loyalty and impact the luxury business locally and internationally.

1. Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
2. 2 to 4 years of successful managerial experience in retail.
3. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
4. Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus.

1. Excellent time management skills.
2. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
3. Proficiency in sales and customer service strategies.

2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position, preferably within the luxury sector.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
