1. Participate in buying sessions, including training and product familiarization.
2. Prepare necessary documents for the showroom.
3. Assist in creating Buying Debriefs and Buying Strategies post-buying sessions.
4. Develop weekly and monthly sales reports and carry-over reports.
5. Compile best-seller reports and update inventory and sold-out reports across various sites.
6. Conduct ad-hoc analyses as required.
7. Support and monitor the preparation of collection launches, ensuring timely product uploads.
8. Maintain consistency and presentation of the product catalog, including descriptions.
9. Update visual merchandising for brand websites and specific localized galleries.
10. Serve as the primary contact for Customer Service, addressing daily client inquiries.

1. Degree from a business school (Bachelor's or Master's level).
2. Ideally, previous significant experience in e-commerce.
3. Fluency in English is mandatory.

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
2. Excellent spelling and grammar.
3. Organized, autonomous, proactive, dynamic, and meticulous.
4. Strong team spirit and efficiency.

A minimum of one year in a related e-commerce role is preferred.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
