- Participate in buying sessions, including training and product selection.
- Prepare necessary documents for the showroom.
- Assist in creating Buying Debriefs and Buying Strategies post-buying sessions.
- Develop weekly and monthly sales reports and carry-over reports.
- Create best-seller reports and update inventory and sold-out reports.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses.
- Support and monitor the preparation of collection launches, ensuring product availability online.
- Maintain consistency and presentation of the product catalog, including descriptions.
- Update visual merchandising for brand websites and specific localized galleries.
- Serve as the primary contact for Customer Service, addressing daily client inquiries.
- Degree from a business school (Bachelor's or Master's level).
- Ideally, significant initial experience in e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of the digital environment.
- Passion for luxury and strong product sensitivity.
- Fluent in English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills.
- Organized, autonomous, proactive, dynamic, and meticulous.
- Recognized for teamwork and efficiency.
Ideally, candidates should have significant initial experience in e-commerce.
Bachelor's or Master's degree from a business school.
