Yves Saint Laurent Ready-to-Wear Operations Assistant Intern

- Coordinate and centralize information across various departments including atelier, development, sustainability, production, quality, compliance, and aftersales.
- Support the follow-up of ready-to-wear production processes.
- Update systems and documentation with production-related information.
- Monitor dashboards for departments such as Production and Compliance.
- Assist with administrative management of files and archiving.
- Participate in the setup of the model depot space.
- Conduct and track projects related to sustainable development.
- Analyze collection models to determine supplier tests and alerts.
- Input nomenclatures into tracking tools for testing purposes.
- Manage material and supply requests, ensuring timely follow-ups to meet production deadlines.
- Communicate test reports effectively.
- Verify composition labels for regulatory compliance.
- Provide occasional support to the Aftersales department.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management (BAC+4/BAC+5).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (data extraction, pivot tables).
- Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
- Dynamic, curious, with strong interpersonal skills, recognized for rigor, organizational skills, service orientation, and availability.
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data management and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
No prior experience required, but familiarity with the fashion industry and production processes is beneficial.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management (BAC+4/BAC+5).
