Yves Saint Laurent Assistant Coordinator, Ready-to-Wear Operations Internship

1. Coordinate and centralize information across various departments including atelier, development, sustainability, production, quality, compliance, and aftersales.
2. Support the monitoring of ready-to-wear production processes.
3. Update systems and documentation related to ready-to-wear production.
4. Maintain dashboards for departments such as Production and Compliance.
5. Assist in the administrative management and organization of files.
6. Contribute to the establishment of the model storage space.
7. Execute and track sustainability-related projects.
8. Analyze collection models to determine necessary tests and supplier alerts.
9. Input nomenclatures into tracking tools for testing purposes.
10. Manage material and supply requests, ensuring timely follow-ups according to production deadlines.
11. Communicate test reports effectively.
12. Verify composition labels for regulatory compliance.
13. Provide occasional support to the Aftersales department.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management (BAC+4/BAC+5).
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (data extraction, pivot tables).
3. Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems is advantageous.
4. Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is a significant asset.
5. Dynamic, curious, with strong interpersonal skills, recognized for organizational rigor, service orientation, and availability.
