1. Facilitate the centralization, management, and dissemination of information across various departments.
2. Monitor and update the Modelario system.
3. Create and manage models within the PLM system.
4. Assist in entering model/material allocations in PLM.
5. Format and integrate fitting notes into PLM.
6. Organize and track the delivery of models.
7. Oversee the flow of collection pieces.
8. Generate various analytical reports on collection development progress.
9. Coordinate and track look alterations.
10. Manage special orders coordination.
11. Book models for fittings and shows.
12. Support additional departmental activities such as ordering, organizing, archiving, and scanning of cards.

1. Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant education.
2. Fluency in English is required.
3. Previous experience in the sector is advantageous.

A preliminary experience in the fashion sector is beneficial.
