1. Analyze the performance of the women's footwear category, tracking sales by product, region, period, and client for both sell-in and sell-out.
2. Participate in the development of collections and assist in the logistical preparation of development meetings.
3. Manage sketches and photos during product development.
4. Contribute to the logistical setup and implementation of sales showrooms.
5. Assist in creating sales tools for showrooms, including product catalogs and material books.
6. Receive and track prototypes throughout the showroom duration, maintaining product inventory.
7. Contribute to the drafting of end-of-showroom reports with quantitative and qualitative analyses.
8. Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis, including pricing, product, communication, and distribution.

1. Degree from a business school or specialized Master's in Fashion.
2. Previous experience in luxury fashion and product sensitivity is preferred.
3. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
4. Strong numerical data handling skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong team spirit, organizational skills, flexibility, and dynamism.
