1. Assist in the development of collections.
2. Prepare materials for development meetings.
3. Support the creation of sales catalogues and showroom tools.
4. Manage sketches and catalogue information during development and showroom periods.
5. Oversee prototypes, including inventory, photography, and corrections, throughout the showroom duration.
6. Contribute to the creation and writing of analyses during showroom periods, including sell-in analyses, best sellers, KPIs, and SKU efficiencies.
7. Analyze weekly and monthly performance of product categories, tracking global and regional sales.
8. Maintain continuous monitoring of competitors, including offerings, pricing, campaigns, and shows.

1. Enrolled in a business school or pursuing a Master's degree in Fashion.
2. Previous experience in luxury fashion and product sensitivity required.
3. Proficiency in English is essential; Italian is a plus.

1. Strong numerical aptitude.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.
4. Organizational skills, flexibility, dynamism, and perseverance.

A prior internship or work experience in the luxury fashion sector is required.

Currently pursuing a degree in business or a specialized Master's in Fashion.
