Yves Saint Laurent After Sales Project Intern

- Support the After Sales team in executing special operations related to new project roll-outs.
- Produce essential materials for project monitoring, including presentations, meeting minutes, and reports.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project alignment and progress.
- Conduct benchmarks on topics pertinent to service challenges.
- Develop, monitor, and enhance performance indicators, communicating insights to department members.
- Review and analyze After Sales production and regional performance through dashboards.
- Assess the quality of services and products.
- Liaise with other departments to address customer requests efficiently.
- Monitor and plan regional spare parts inventory, ensuring adequate safety stock levels.
- Currently enrolled in a master's degree program, engineering school, or business school.
- Proven interpersonal skills and ability to respond swiftly to challenges.
- Comfortable with numerical analysis and data interpretation.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and meticulous skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French and/or Italian is advantageous.
No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships are beneficial.
Enrollment in a master's degree program or equivalent in a related field.
