Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called ‘Rive Gauche’, synonymous with youth and freedom. This shift represented a first critical step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the sociocultural landscape. In 1999, the luxury goods division of the Kering Group acquired Yves Saint Laurent and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, continues to position the house at the summit of the luxury universe.
- Manage a team of 3 people, setting up team goals, budget, and roadmap.
- Coordinate the After Sales team within Production Business units and organize monthly meetings to review service levels.
- Follow up on the implementation of new regional repairs and the development of regional repair centers overseas.
- Issue and implement weekly and monthly reports related to KPIs on operational service and product quality.
- Maintain and upgrade After Sales KPIs to improve client service level and share reports with WW Retail & Wholesale teams.
- Ensure client experience alignment across all actors and channels of the After Sales process.
- Coordinate with regions and train technical teams to handle claims and update training documentation.
- Participate in and propose projects to improve processes and systems in collaboration with Production & Regional Retail teams.
- Produce and create aftersales training material and ensure information is well received by the final user.
- Organize seminars for the after sales community annually.
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in after sales or repair, including management, ideally with leathergoods.
- Experience in retail operations is a plus.
- Love for the product and knowledge of leathergoods.
- Independent and pragmatic with problem-solving skills.
- Result-driven, proactive, and willing to propose new solutions.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Team player and good communicator.
- Capacity to influence stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Italian, French is a plus.
Minimum 6-7 years of experience in after sales or repair, including management, ideally with leathergoods.
