- Manage and guide a team of three, setting goals, budgets, and roadmaps for after sales operations.
- Coordinate with production business units to organize monthly meetings and review service levels, creating and following up on action plans.
- Oversee the implementation of new regional repairs and the development of overseas repair centers.
- Issue and implement weekly and monthly reports on KPIs related to operational service and product quality.
- Maintain and upgrade After Sales KPIs to enhance client service levels, sharing reports with global retail and wholesale teams.
- Ensure client experience alignment across all after sales process actors and channels, including e-commerce, retail, and wholesale.
- Coordinate with regional teams, training technical teams to handle claims and update training documentation.
- Participate in and propose projects to improve processes and systems in collaboration with production and regional retail teams.
- Create and disseminate aftersales training materials, ensuring information is effectively communicated to end users.
- Organize annual seminars for the after sales community.
- Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in after sales or repair, with management experience, ideally in leather goods.
- Passion for products and knowledge of leather goods.
- Independent and pragmatic with strong problem-solving skills.
- Result-driven, proactive, and innovative in proposing new solutions.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Italian, with French as a plus.
