- Develop and refine 3D CAD models for metal accessories, focusing on production feasibility.
- Collaborate autonomously with Product Development, Purchasing, and Quality Control departments to ensure accurate model development.
- Maintain continuous communication with metal accessory suppliers to ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Oversee the entire development process from CAD model delivery to final product assembly, addressing any arising complexities.
- Create 'master' models to ensure comprehensive information transfer to suppliers for production initiation.
- 3-5 years of experience as a modeler for metal accessories, particularly in footwear.
- Understanding of machine tool operations, preferably with workshop experience.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD systems.
- Familiarity with Stealth 3000 is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
