4. Oversee the entire development process from CAD model delivery to final product assembly, addressing any arising complexities.
5. Create 'master' models to ensure comprehensive information transfer to suppliers for production initiation.

1. 3-5 years of experience as a modeler for metal accessories, particularly in footwear.
2. Understanding of machine tool operations, preferably with workshop experience.
3. Proficiency in 3D CAD systems.
4. Familiarity with Stealth 3000 is preferred.
5. Strong organizational skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
8. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
