1. Diagnose, service, and repair watches in accordance with brand-specific guidelines.
2. Complete servicing of all brand models, including mechanical, quartz, ETA-based, and Modular Chronograph movements.
3. Test timepieces for accuracy and performance using specialized tools and equipment.
4. Conduct visual inspections of all incoming components for damage, ensuring they meet agreed specifications and reporting any quality issues.
5. Achieve a daily output target, with tasks scored based on complexity (e.g., Chronograph movement at 3 points, standard automatic at 1 point).

1. Proven track record of working at the bench with luxury and ideally complicated watches.
2. Prior experience in a watchmaking environment completing overhauls.
