1. Diagnose, service, and repair watches in accordance with brand-specific guidelines.
2. Complete servicing of all brand models, including mechanical, quartz, ETA-based, and Modular Chronograph movements.
3. Test timepieces for accuracy and performance using specialized tools and equipment.
4. Conduct visual inspections of all incoming components for damage, ensuring they meet agreed specifications.
5. Achieve a daily output target, with tasks scored based on complexity.

1. Proven experience working with luxury and complicated watches at the bench.
2. Familiarity with ETA calibres 2824, 2892, 7750 and MOD movements.
3. Experience with brands such as Rolex and Tag Heuer.
4. Ability to work collaboratively and mentor fellow watchmakers.
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workload effectively.

2. Proficiency in using specialized watchmaking tools and equipment.
3. Capability to work under pressure while maintaining high accuracy.
4. Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Demonstrated experience in servicing luxury watches, including complicated models, is required.

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
