1. Prepare watches for sale by removing bracelets and bezels from cases.
2. Conduct partial to full disassembly of watches for polishing.
3. Adjust watch bracelets and fit straps.
4. Fit replacement parts to watches.
5. Clean watches post-polishing.
6. Initiate and complete time service schedules.
7. Regulate watch timing on applicable models.
8. Polish watches to high standards.
9. Perform battery changes in quartz watches.
10. Maintain tools in optimal working condition.
11. Adhere to 5S procedures for workplace organization.
12. Test watches prior to purchase.
13. Conduct quality control testing at the end of service schedules.
14. Perform timing and pressure testing on watches.
15. Manage workload efficiently to meet daily targets.

1. Experience in a service or technical environment is preferred.
2. Prior experience with watches is advantageous, though training is available.
3. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
4. Highly conscientious with a focus on continuous improvement.
5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage personal workload.

1. Technical proficiency in watch handling and repair.
2. Attention to detail and precision.
3. Ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
5. Proficiency in using computers for job assignments and tracking.

Previous experience in a technical or service-oriented environment is ideal. Experience with watches is beneficial but not mandatory as training will be provided.

Salary is negotiable and will be based on relevant skills and experience.
