- Prepare watches for sale by removing bracelets and bezels from cases.
- Conduct partial to full disassembly of watches for polishing.
- Adjust watch bracelets and fit straps.
- Fit replacement parts to watches.
- Clean watches post-polishing.
- Initiate and complete time service schedules.
- Regulate watch timing on applicable models.
- Polish watches to high standards.
- Perform battery changes in quartz watches.
- Maintain tools in optimal working condition.
- Adhere to 5S procedures for workplace organization.
- Test watches prior to purchase.
- Conduct quality control testing at the end of service schedules.
- Perform timing and pressure testing on watches.
- Manage workload efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Experience in a service or technical environment is preferred.
- Prior experience with watches is advantageous, though training is available.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Highly conscientious with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage personal workload.
- Technical proficiency in watch handling and repair.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in using computers for job assignments and tracking.
Previous experience in a technical or service-oriented environment is ideal. Experience with watches is beneficial but not mandatory as training will be provided.
Salary is negotiable and will be based on relevant skills and experience.
