1. Greet customers visiting the store or attending scheduled appointments.
2. Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or the website.
3. Manage the complete sales process, from appointments and viewings to purchases and aftersales care.
4. Maintain an ongoing pipeline of customer inquiries using a diary system to maximize conversion rates.
5. Develop a personal clientele through effective selling skills, proactive client outreach, and utilization of a client book.
6. Ensure the store is clean and tidy, maintaining immaculate presentation for customers.
7. Share experiences and knowledge with colleagues to foster team development.

1. Sales-driven with experience in a target-led environment.
