1. Manage and schedule appointments through the diary system, adhering to the appointment-only policy via phone and email.
2. Buy, sell, and negotiate watch prices, including part exchanges, to secure optimal margins.
3. Ensure compliance with sales, financial, and security procedures as outlined by headquarters.
4. Welcome customers viewing watches, demonstrating exemplary customer service skills.
5. Oversee the customer sales process from initial contact to post-sale, ensuring a seamless experience.
6. Understand and execute internal stock control procedures, conducting daily and monthly stock takes.
7. Handle 'live' orders post-payment and address after-sales queries from customers.

1. Experience working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
2. Proficiency in negotiation, ideally involving part exchanges.
3. Ability to assimilate technical information and follow precise instructions and directions.
4. Results-driven and motivated.
5. Personable with a polite demeanor.
6. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload.
7. Strong communication skills and confidence.
8. Adherence to company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
9. Experience in one-on-one customer interactions, sales, and negotiation in a retail setting, including telephone sales.

Salary range: $20 - $28 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience.
