- Manage and schedule appointments through the diary system, adhering to the appointment-only policy via phone and email.
- Buy, sell, and negotiate watch prices, including part exchanges, to secure optimal margins.
- Ensure compliance with sales, financial, and security procedures as outlined by headquarters.
- Welcome customers viewing watches, demonstrating exemplary customer service skills.
- Oversee the customer sales process from initial contact to post-sale, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Understand and execute internal stock control procedures, conducting daily and monthly stock takes.
- Handle 'live' orders post-payment and address after-sales queries from customers.
- Experience working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Proficiency in negotiation, ideally involving part exchanges.
- Ability to assimilate technical information and follow precise instructions and directions.
- Results-driven and motivated.
- Personable with a polite demeanor.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload.
- Strong communication skills and confidence.
- Adherence to company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
- Experience in one-on-one customer interactions, sales, and negotiation in a retail setting, including telephone sales.

Salary range: $20 - $28 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience.
