1. Provide a bespoke customer experience to all clients and stakeholders.

4. Develop a personal client base through effective sales techniques and proactive CRM-driven prospecting.
5. Possess comprehensive knowledge of WATCHFINDER's history, services, products, and partnerships, as well as the benefits of purchasing watches through the brand.
6. Act as a brand ambassador both within and outside the boutique.
7. Ensure the boutique is maintained according to global operational standards.
8. Contribute to the boutique team with a strong sense of teamwork and support the overall organization.
9. Lead the watch evaluation process involving partial exchanges, ensuring all necessary procedures are followed for informed customer decisions.

1. Experience in sales or hospitality.
