- Provide personalized and exceptional client experiences, acting as a brand ambassador for Watchfinder.
- Achieve personal and boutique sales targets through innovative client engagement strategies.
- Introduce clients to Watchfinder's range of services, including part-exchange, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a personal clientele through proactive outreach and CRM utilization.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Watchfinder's history, products, and partnerships.
- Ensure the boutique adheres to global operating standards and support team operations.
- Lead the appraisal process for timepieces involved in part-exchange, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.
- Preferred background in sales or hospitality.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication abilities with a knack for networking.
- Curiosity and resourcefulness with the capacity for independent sales processes.
- Results-driven and accountable with a commitment to reliability.
- Organizational discipline and ability to manage diverse tasks efficiently.

Expected salary range: $25 - $29 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
