- Greet and assist customers visiting the flagship boutique or attending scheduled appointments.
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and the company website.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial appointments and viewings to final purchases and aftersales care.
- Maintain an ongoing pipeline of customer inquiries using a diary system to maximize conversion rates.
- Develop a personal clientele through effective selling skills, proactive client outreach, and utilization of a client book.
- Ensure the store is clean and presented immaculately for customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share experiences and knowledge, fostering team development.
- Experience working in a target-driven sales environment.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
