1. Greet customers visiting the boutique or attending scheduled appointments.
2. Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or the website.
3. Manage the sales process from initial appointment to purchase and aftersales care.
4. Maintain an ongoing pipeline of customer inquiries using a diary system to maximize conversion rates.
5. Develop a personal clientele through effective selling skills, proactive client outreach, and use of a client book.
6. Ensure the store is clean and tidy, maintaining immaculate presentation for customers.
7. Share experiences and knowledge with colleagues to foster team development.

1. Experience working in a target-driven sales environment.
2. Outstanding customer service skills.
3. Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize workload.
4. Strong communication skills, with experience handling customer queries in person, by phone, and email.

1. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
2. Negotiation skills (advantageous but not essential).
3. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Sales experience in a target-driven environment is required.
