- Serve as an ambassador for the brand, welcoming guests and introducing them to the company's culture.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences, leaving clients satisfied and engaged.
- Achieve sales targets and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Engage in clienteling, managing appointments, and handling online inquiries.
- Adhere to security procedures to maintain product safety.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills in a one-on-one sales environment.
- Experience in a target-driven sales environment.
- Confidence in working with KPIs and sales targets.
- Strong clienteling and customer service skills.

Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar sales-driven environment is preferred.
