- Translate application storyboards into functional test cases.
- Conduct manual, exploratory, and automated testing.
- Collaborate with Development, Engineering, and Product teams to enhance application testability.
- Identify defects and raise bugs in collaboration with developers and support personnel.
- Monitor project progress and manage bug triage.
- Participate in feature planning sessions, release activities, and development meetings.
- Define test plans and approaches to ensure comprehensive software quality.
- Work closely with the Product team to understand business requirements and ensure test plans are comprehensive and timely.
- Complete all documentation, including test plans and scripts.
- Stay updated with the latest testing tools and automation platforms.
- Ensure high standards of delivery, documentation, and service levels.
- 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, including manual and automated testing.
- Knowledge of UI testing frameworks such as TestCafe, Playwright, Selenium.
- Proven experience in mentoring team members.
- Ability to establish strong working relationships at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Strong sense of urgency and dedicated work ethic.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Knowledge of development and quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
- Proficiency in UI testing frameworks like TestCafe, Playwright, Selenium.
- Strong team player with initiative.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to think creatively and identify edge cases.
- Experience with API automation testing frameworks (e.g., Node Fetch, Postman).
- Familiarity with load testing frameworks (e.g., k6, Locust, JMeter).
- Knowledge of Gherkin or Cucumber syntax.
- Basic SQL skills.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jira or Azure DevOps, and AWS or Azure platforms.
3-5 years in software quality assurance, with a focus on both manual and automated testing.
