- Serve as the primary liaison for private sellers post-receipt of their timepiece, facilitating communication through phone, email, and online platforms.
- Guide clients through the valuation process, assisting with model identification and providing clear explanations of any discrepancies such as condition or documentation issues.
- Collaborate with authentication and inspection teams to address concerns related to model mismatches, wear, or counterfeit risks.
- Communicate customer feedback on offers to the U.S. Purchasing Manager and adjust offers as necessary.
- Coordinate return logistics for declined offers or non-proceeding cases, including legal consultations for restricted items.
- Support the Purchasing Manager in issuing final offers, ensuring compliance with U.S. Know Your Vendor (KYV) legislation.
- Securely manage customer identification and documentation, ensuring data privacy and escalating irregularities to legal teams.
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role within e-commerce, luxury goods, or resale operations.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a capacity for empathy and composure under pressure.
- Experience in handling sensitive data and compliance processes, such as KYV or KYC.
- Ability to manage multiple customer cases with precision and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with contact management systems like Zendesk is advantageous.
- Interest or experience in the luxury watch industry is beneficial.

A minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role, ideally within e-commerce, luxury goods, or resale operations.
Expected salary range: $23 - $25 per hour, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
