Project Manager

1. Oversee and manage retail projects from lease to completion globally.
2. Work cross-functionally with Watchfinder HQ to understand operations and aesthetic needs.
3. Develop a project roadmap in line with the strategic direction of the commercial organization.
4. Outline and manage initiative schedules from brief development to handover and implementation.
5. Coordinate construction projects with general contractors and architects.
6. Create and present weekly status reports, including risks and issues.
7. Collaborate with project stream leaders to ensure they have relevant information.
8. Act as the key interface internally with the steering committee and externally with suppliers.
9. Maintain Capex budget tracking and monitoring.
10. Collaborate with FP&A to monitor project budgets, costs, and WIP.
11. Create and maintain the retail store design catalogue.
12. Lead other commercial projects such as pop-up openings and wholesale partner integration.
13. Support markets for ad-hoc operational issues and coordinate with HQ stakeholders.

1. Experience in retail project management within architectural, commercial retail projects, or product development industries.
2. Knowledge of Project Management best practices.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Experience meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Self-starter comfortable working in an individual contributor role.
7. Ability to plan and prioritize multiple activities.
8. Proven ability to control and plan project budgets.
9. Problem-solving skills.
10. Ability to use PowerPoint and Excel for project plans and updates.

Experience in retail project management, particularly with new retail openings and operations projects.
