1. Oversee and manage retail projects from lease agreements to completion on a global scale.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally with Watchfinder HQ to align operations and aesthetic requirements.
3. Develop a project roadmap in accordance with the commercial organization's strategic direction, including project planning, governance structure, and activity schedules.
4. Outline and manage initiative schedules from brief development to handover and implementation.
5. Coordinate construction projects with general contractors and architects.
6. Create and present weekly status reports, highlighting risks, issues, and potential escalations.
7. Act as the primary interface with the steering committee and external suppliers.
8. Maintain Capex budget tracking and collaborate with FP&A to monitor project budgets, costs, and work-in-progress.
9. Create and update the retail store design catalogue.
10. Lead commercial projects such as pop-up openings and wholesale partner integrations.
11. Support international markets with retail facilities requests and operational issues.
12. Assist the Director of Commercial Operations and CCO with additional project requests.

1. Experience in retail project management within architectural, commercial retail projects, or product development industries.
2. Proven ability to control and plan project budgets.

1. Knowledge of Project Management best practices and tools.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational skills.
4. Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
6. Problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term solutions.
7. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for formalizing project plans and updates.

Experience in managing retail projects, including new store openings and retail operations projects.
