- Oversee and manage retail projects from lease agreements to completion on a global scale.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Watchfinder HQ to align operations and aesthetic requirements.
- Develop a project roadmap in accordance with the commercial organization's strategic direction, including project planning, governance structure, and activity schedules.
- Outline and manage initiative schedules from brief development to handover and implementation.
- Coordinate construction projects with general contractors and architects.
- Create and present weekly status reports, highlighting risks, issues, and potential escalations.
- Act as the primary interface with the steering committee and external suppliers.
- Maintain Capex budget tracking and collaborate with FP&A to monitor project budgets, costs, and work-in-progress.
- Create and update the retail store design catalogue.
- Lead commercial projects such as pop-up openings and wholesale partner integrations.
- Support international markets with retail facilities requests and operational issues.
- Assist the Director of Commercial Operations and CCO with additional project requests.
- Experience in retail project management within architectural, commercial retail projects, or product development industries.
- Proven ability to control and plan project budgets.
- Knowledge of Project Management best practices and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term solutions.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for formalizing project plans and updates.
Experience in managing retail projects, including new store openings and retail operations projects.
