1. Allocate parts to watches for watchmakers and case assemblers.
2. Respond to inquiries via the in-house dashboard regarding parts, links, and straps.
3. Support the Watchmaking and Casing Departments with parts requirements.
4. Consult with internal departments to coordinate the dispatch of watches and parts.
5. Place and track orders for parts, links, and straps with suppliers.
6. Organize and maintain stock in designated locations.
7. Identify and pick links and straps for sold watches for next-day delivery.
8. Update and log stock changes using the internal portal 'Time Services'.

1. Experience in an administrative or stock management role is advantageous.
