1. Manage all deliveries from headquarters to international stores, ensuring careful handling of goods and accurate administration and paperwork.
2. Maintain up-to-date status of all dispatched watches on internal management systems.
3. Process and verify inbound deliveries to headquarters from international stores.
4. Communicate with international stores via email and phone regarding order status, confirming details, and informing them of delivery lead times.
5. Participate in the final quality control process, ensuring all watches are in presentable condition for dispatch.
6. Coordinate with the sales team to update them on due dates and potential delays.
7. Identify and address potential problems or delays in product dispatch.

1. Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.
2. Familiarity with international shipping processes and regulations.

1. Exceptional attention to detail.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Proficiency in using management systems for tracking and reporting.
4. Ability to identify and resolve logistical issues efficiently.

A minimum of 2 years in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably within the luxury goods sector.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
