Watchfinder & Co. Dispatch Assistant

- Manage all outbound and inbound shipments to and from the headquarters, including opening, packing, and booking in stock.
- Ensure the status of all dispatched watches is accurately maintained on internal management systems.
- Communicate effectively with the commercial team to ensure timely dispatch of all orders.
- Participate in the final quality control process, ensuring all watches are in presentable condition for dispatch.
- Identify and address potential problems or delays in the dispatch process.
- Prior experience in customer service and administration.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience in customer service and administration is essential, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
