- Lead and guide direct reports in the successful implementation of the CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Plan and execute comprehensive email campaigns across the customer lifecycle, utilizing the CRM tool Ometria.
- Conduct and refine AB tests to drive incremental growth through best practice methodologies.
- Utilize BI and reporting tools for data-driven campaign analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies to provide insightful recommendations.
- Collaborate with commercial, product, technical, and support teams to align CRM efforts with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR and PECR.
- Mentor and develop CRM Executives, fostering a high-performing and agile team environment.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms and customer lifecycle management.
- Expertise in data segmentation and advanced targeting techniques.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools for CRM performance evaluation.
- Strong understanding of CRM and email marketing best practices.
- Fluency in GDPR and data privacy compliance regulations.
- Proven experience in leading teams to design and execute complex CRM campaigns.
