- Assist in preparing for the launch of new seasonal collections on the website and Farfetch.
- Support content creation for digital marketing ads, sale seasons, and ad hoc requests.
- Contribute to daily E-Commerce operations including order processing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Manage samples for seasonal shoots with Farfetch.
- Participate in campaign execution strategy and implementation.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure the website showcases relevant products and up-to-date content.
- Handle ad hoc requests related to website updates, customer inquiries, and e-commerce initiatives.
- First experience with e-commerce is a plus.
- Experience with Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proactive and hands-on with a strong eagerness to learn.
- Fluency in English is required.
