1. Achieve sales targets and provide exemplary customer service in line with Vhernier's standards.
2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a memorable client experience.
3. Master the sales process, including welcoming, understanding, convincing, closing, and developing client relationships.
4. Manage stock, participate in visual merchandising, and ensure boutique presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
5. Handle boutique operations, including cash management and adherence to company policies.
6. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and utilize brand sales techniques.
7. Cultivate client loyalty and execute targeted CRM actions.

1. College degree preferred.

1. Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills in Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Italian are required.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Confidence in handling high-value transactions.
4. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
5. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
6. Self-starter with a team-player approach.

At least 5 - 8 years of experience in luxury retail, services, or luxury hospitality environments.

College degree preferred.
