- Cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty.
- Achieve individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative, including those related to CRM initiatives.
- Deliver excellence in operations, including aftersales, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Previous experience at the highest levels of luxury retail.
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are advantageous.
- Confidence, organization, and efficiency.
- Attention to detail and result-oriented mindset.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and independence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of the retail world, including selling ceremonies, KPIs, and competitor analysis.
Previous experience in luxury retail is required, demonstrating a deep understanding of high-end client service and sales strategies.
