1. Support the Brand Director in establishing and expanding Vhernier's regional structure in the Middle East.
2. Assist in the planning and execution of business-related activities, including new boutique openings and supply chain operations.
3. Coordinate with boutique teams, headquarters, logistics, and wholesale partners regarding shipments and back orders.
4. Review and manage stock levels and product availability at each point of sale, ensuring optimal product assortment.
5. Collaborate with headquarters on visual merchandising and point-of-sale materials, managing logistics across all channels.
6. Handle merchandising and logistics for traveling collections in collaboration with headquarters.
7. Support customer events, trunk shows, and PR events from an administrative and logistical perspective.
8. Facilitate the integration of Vhernier into the Richemont SAP system, acting as the SAP key user.
9. Ensure availability of point-of-sale materials, uniforms, packaging, and consumables at each location.
10. Assist in the planning and construction stages of new boutique openings in the MEIA region.
11. Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including security, architects, vendors, and suppliers.

1. Business school degree or commercial/financial background.
2. 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail industry.

Degree in business, commerce, or finance.
