1. Lead and develop the procurement function, engaging with key stakeholders.
2. Develop and implement local procurement strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
3. Implement procurement tools and best practices while ensuring compliance with ethical standards and codes of conduct.
4. Train, coach, and support stakeholders in procurement processes.
5. Track and report on procurement performance and compliance.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and optimize sourcing strategies.
7. Manage preferred supplier relationships and lead major tenders and negotiations.
8. Support inventory tracking and control, including participation in inventory counts.
9. Oversee general services activities such as travel, shipment, and facility operations.
10. Manage the company car fleet, including procurement, maintenance, and assignment.
11. Supervise and maintain the company approval matrix and supplier data in collaboration with group functions.

1. 5+ years of professional experience in sourcing and procurement, ideally in international and matrix environments.

1. Strong hands-on approach to procurement and sourcing.
2. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to engage suppliers at an executive level.
3. Exceptional communication skills for working with diverse and demanding stakeholders.
4. Structured and analytical mindset.
5. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 5 years in sourcing and procurement, preferably within international and matrix settings.
