Vhernier Operations Specialist

1. Support the Brand Manager in establishing and developing the Vhernier business in Japan, including new boutique openings and business operations.
2. Contribute to commercial activities such as order taking, merchandising, customer service, and training of internal staff and external brand ambassadors.
3. Act as a liaison for boutiques and support the Brand Manager in driving business activities.
4. Collaborate with headquarters on visual merchandising and point-of-sale materials, managing logistics across all channels.
5. Handle merchandising and logistics for traveling collections in coordination with headquarters.
6. Assist in organizing customer events, trunk shows, and PR events from an administrative and logistical perspective.
7. Facilitate the integration of Vhernier into the Richemont SAP system, serving as the SAP key user.
8. Support the Brand Manager in planning business-related matters as needed.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail industry.
2. Fluency in Japanese (native) and proficiency in English (business level).
3. Flexibility to travel as required.

7. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
