Vhernier Operations Specialist

- Support the Brand Manager in establishing and developing the Vhernier business in Japan, including new boutique openings and business operations.
- Contribute to commercial activities such as order taking, merchandising, customer service, and training of internal staff and external brand ambassadors.
- Act as a liaison for boutiques and support the Brand Manager in driving business activities.
- Collaborate with headquarters on visual merchandising and point-of-sale materials, managing logistics across all channels.
- Handle merchandising and logistics for traveling collections in coordination with headquarters.
- Assist in organizing customer events, trunk shows, and PR events from an administrative and logistical perspective.
- Facilitate the integration of Vhernier into the Richemont SAP system, serving as the SAP key user.
- Support the Brand Manager in planning business-related matters as needed.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail industry.
- Fluency in Japanese (native) and proficiency in English (business level).
- Flexibility to travel as required.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with high flexibility.
- Strong self-awareness and agile working attitude.
- High level of self-organization, attention to detail, and structured working style.
- Proactive and positive attitude with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Strong sense of luxury and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Team player capable of working with stakeholders across departments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar position within the luxury retail industry is required.
