1. Oversee daily operations of office facilities, including maintenance, security, and cleaning services.
2. Coordinate vendor and contractor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
3. Manage space planning and office layout to optimize efficiency.
4. Supervise procurement of office supplies, equipment, and furniture within budget constraints.
5. Implement and monitor energy-saving and sustainable practices.
6. Develop and update health and safety policies in compliance with local and Group regulations.
7. Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections.
8. Train employees on health and safety procedures, emergency response, and first aid protocols.
9. Manage emergency preparedness plans, including fire drills and evacuation plans.
10. Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports and implementing preventive measures.
11. Lead a team of facilities and safety staff, providing guidance and performance management.
12. Collaborate with departments to ensure a seamless and safe working environment.
13. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to facilities and health and safety.
14. Develop and manage budgets for building services and safety programs.
15. Prepare and present reports on facility operations and health and safety metrics to senior management.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Certification in Health and Safety Management.

1. Strong knowledge of local and international health and safety regulations.
2. Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
3. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in using facilities management and safety software tools.
5. Fluent in Italian and English.

Robust experience in facilities management and/or health and safety roles.

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
